Patient Info
Appointments can be made by phone on 3356 3435 or via the online booking system.
Contacting your doctor
The doctors always encourage you to make an appointment to discuss your healthcare needs as this ensures the best quality of care. If you have any concerns or questions please phone the practice on 3356 3435 or email via our contact us page and our reception staff will assist with your enquiry.

Results, Recalls & Reminders
It is important that you ensure your current contact details are up to date, please notify reception of any changes when they occur.
When your doctor arranges tests they will make arrangements to notify you as follows:
If there is a very important result you will be contacted via phone in the first instance.
If it is a less urgent result that requires follow up you will be contacted via HotDoc SMS secure messaging (if you have consented to this) – you will receive a notification stating you have a health message from your doctor – enter your name and date of birth to securely read the message.

Routine health reminders such as mammograms, vaccinations or colonoscopies etc are sent via HotDoc SMS secure messaging (if you have consented to this). Results will not be given to you over the phone unless your doctor specifically arranges this with you. Our reception and nursing staff are unable to explain test results.
If you are uncertain about how you will receive your results we encourage you to speak to your doctor. If you have not received communication about your results within 5 days we encourage you to contact reception.
